Ingredients (Ajza)
Beef Pulao ke liye:
- Beef 1 kg
- Basmati chawal 750 gram (bhigo kar rakhain)
- Pyaz 3 medium (bareek sliced)
- Adrak lehsan paste 2 tbsp
- Dahi ½ cup
- Sabit garam masala (tez patta, laung, kali mirch, elaichi, dalchini)
- Zeera 1 tbsp
- Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
- Laal mirch 1 tbsp
- Hari mirch 4–5
- Cooking oil 1 cup
- Pani (yakhni ke liye)
Beef Pulao Banane ka Tareeqa
Step 1: Gosht Pakana
Degchi mein oil garam kar ke pyaz golden brown karain. Adrak lehsan paste dal kar bhoonain, phir beef dal kar achi tarah bhunai karain. Dahi aur masalay dal kar 5–7 minute pakain.
Step 2: Yakhni Tayyar Karna
Itna pani dalain ke gosht gal jaye. Medium flame par gosht bilkul soft hone tak pakain. Gosht nikal kar yakhni alag rakhain.
Step 3: Chawal Pakana
Isi yakhni mein chawal dal kar tez aanch par pakain. Jab pani khushk ho jaye to dam laga dein 10–15 minute ke liye.
